Who is NAGE
NAGE is a national union representing more than 110,000 extraordinary diverse bargaining unit employees in 43 states across the country. Our members are organized into four distinct divisions and work for states, municipals, the federal government, cities, towns, and private corporations. What our members have in common is each provides some type of social or public service.

• 3 days bereavement leave- Expanded the definition of family member
• 3 days administrative leave for managing sick leave use. Days issued March each year
• Administrative closing pay- requirement to pay 1 hour for an hour (double pay) during a government closing to all essential employees required to work.
